The research started by identifying performance marketing agencies in Trivandrum and collecting the available information for each agency. The dataset includes agency name, location, services, clients, projects, rating, number of reviews, positive reviews, negative reviews, and sentiment-analysis values.
We then examined the available review content and used the sentiment score and magnitude as key indicators. The sentiment score helps indicate whether the overall sentiment expressed in the analysed text is positive or negative, while magnitude provides additional context about the strength or amount of sentiment expressed.
The final ranking primarily follows the sentiment score, while rating, number of reviews, magnitude, and the nature of available reviews are considered when explaining each agency’s position. This creates a ranking that goes beyond simply arranging agencies according to their Google rating.
