Based on the manually collected data, here is my ranking of the Top 10 Social Media Agencies in TVM.
How the Agencies Were Ranked
Before looking at the individual agencies, it is important to understand the ranking method.
The ranking considered:
- Overall Google rating
- Number of customer reviews
- Positive-review indicator provided in the research data
- Consistency between rating and review volume
- Apparent business relevance
- Availability of an official website
- Overall strength of the available data
A perfect 5.0 rating was not automatically considered better than a 4.8 or 4.9 rating.
For example, an agency with a 4.9 rating from 91 reviews provides a larger review sample than an agency with a 5.0 rating from only 10 reviews.
Therefore, this ranking aims to balance rating quality with evidence volume.
The ranking is based only on the information collected for this research. It should not be interpreted as an official industry ranking.

Again, this ranking does not claim that the reviews are fake, spam, or manipulated.
There is simply not enough data in this research to establish that.
The lower position reflects the ranking methodology, which prioritizes stronger evidence bases over perfect ratings with limited review history.

An Important Note About 5-Star Ratings
One of the most interesting findings from this research is that the two businesses with a 5.0/5 rating were not automatically placed at the top.
This decision was intentional.
A perfect rating is not necessarily proof of better service than a 4.8 or 4.9 rating.

A suspicion about review manipulation should never be presented as a fact without evidence.
A proper investigation would require checking individual reviews, reviewer profiles, review timing, repeated language, suspicious patterns, and other indicators.
Therefore, the safer conclusion is that perfect ratings were treated cautiously because they provide less room to distinguish businesses on rating alone.
For agencies focused on broader online visibility, understanding social media marketing strategies can also help businesses evaluate what they should expect from an agency.
What This Ranking Means for Businesses
Businesses looking for a social media agency in TVM should not select an agency simply because it has the highest Google rating.
Instead, they should consider several factors.
Look at review volume
An agency with dozens of reviews provides a larger body of customer feedback than one with only a handful.
Look beyond the star rating
A 4.8 rating with 80 reviews may be more informative than a 5.0 rating with 10 reviews.
Check the agency’s services
Different businesses need different services.
One company may need social media management.
Another may need paid advertising, content creation, branding, SEO, or influencer marketing.

Research Methodology
This ranking was created through a manual research process.
I first identified 10 social media and digital marketing agencies operating in or serving the Thiruvananthapuram market.
For each business, I collected the following information:
- Business name
- Overall rating
- Number of reviews
- Positive-review indicator
- Website
- Location
The information was then compared across the businesses.
The ranking was not created simply by sorting the agencies from 5.0 to 4.6.
Instead, I considered the relationship between rating and review volume.
For example, an agency with a 4.9 rating and 91 reviews received stronger consideration than a business with a 5.0 rating and 10 reviews.
I also considered the positive-review indicators supplied in the original research data.
Where the positive-review field appeared in an unusual numerical format, I avoided treating it as an exact percentage unless the meaning was clear.
This was done to prevent unsupported conclusions.
Finally, the agencies were ranked based on the overall strength of the available evidence.
Conclusion
This research was conducted because I found that there was no clear study specifically comparing the Top Social Media Agencies in TVM using a combination of ratings, review volume, positive customer feedback, and business relevance.
Instead of relying on existing rankings, I took the initiative to conduct my own manual research.
I collected information about 10 agencies in Thiruvananthapuram and compared their available rating, review count, positive-review indicators, websites, and locations.
The research also showed why ranking agencies purely according to Google star ratings can be misleading.
A perfect 5.0 rating may look stronger than a 4.9 rating, but the number of reviews also matters. A 4.9 rating supported by 91 reviews provides a different level of evidence from a 5.0 rating supported by only 10 reviews.
For this reason, I placed agencies with stronger overall evidence higher in the ranking, even when some competitors had perfect ratings. I also want to make one point clear: this research does not prove that any agency is using spam or fake reviews. The concern about perfect ratings was treated as a reason to investigate ratings more carefully, not as evidence of wrongdoing.
The final ranking is therefore a research-based comparison rather than an official industry ranking.
Based on the manually collected data, Adridge Media ranks first, followed by Photowant Creative Ad Agency and Tenpoint Media Pvt Ltd. TechBound, Arrowscope, Bzolutions, Phoenix Creatives, Grand Ideas, Digital Edenz, and Abhirami Srinivas follow based on the combination of factors used in this study.
